My PDF Doesn’t Load or Display Properly in iAnnotate. How do I Fix it?

Most problems with processing or displaying PDF files are caused by those files being corrupt. Often, this corruption can be fixed with desktop PDF readers:

  • In Adobe Acrobat, you can open the PDF file and then "Optimize" it.
  • On a Mac, you can open the PDF in Preview and then click "Save As..." to save a copy of it.
